They call it Valentine's day, I call it "my everyday"

For never being ashamed to show the world how much you love me, thank you…😍

It’s our 1^st Valentines together.

I never expected anything special. I’m not the type who fancies for big surprises and expensive gifts on Valentine’s Day. I’m even allergic to carrying bouquet of flowers. I just don’t want attention in the crowd. It’s not that I hate it, I’m just not used to it.

Fb’s flooded with sweet Valentine posts – flowers, chocolates, balloons, surprises… and it feels good to see such posts. But I’m never envious. Really. I don’t certainly crave for those things. I’m just happy seeing other people happy with it. And besides, my Jeff has given me so much of it (heart2x!).

But look what he did on Valentine’s day for me.

He didn’t fetch me from work. He said he’d just wait in Tanjay at the bus stop. So Susan and I rode the Ceres to Tanjay. When we finally reached the 2^nd bus stop (Jollibee Tanjay), he was there standing – excitedly waiting for me to finally come down the bus with a bouquet of flowers in his hands – and of course, wearing the perfect smile that has always captivated me.

It’s a bus stop, with people sitting in the waiting shed in front of Jollibee where a lot of people are going in and out to dine. There’s a parking area too. In short, it was a crowded place. And I was so shocked and nervous and surprised and kinda ashamed but super happy at the same time. People around us were staring and smiling. And there I was… blushing!!!

But I was happy. I felt like I was the prettiest at that time. And it’s because of my bibikoooii. He never failed to surprise me for doing things I never thought he would do.

When I asked him, “wa ra ka naulaw didto?”.

He just told me, “nganung maulaw man ko? Ka gwapa sa akong uyab!”

Hahahahahaha, right! Yah right! Hahahahaha and I was just amazed that he’s never ashamed.

And I am just so proud to have someone like him.

I know I am just so lucky. But above everything else, I'm certain I am beyond blessed. I'm so much blessed with a wonderful blessing called "him".

I hope everybody gets someone like him. Every girl deserves to be loved the way he loves me. Someone who makes special things to his girl not just on Valentine's day but to the rest of her everyday life. Someone who is proud to have her. Someone who never cares to look funny or stupid or corny just to show you how special you are to him.

Because with him, Valentine's day is not just February 14... Valentine's day is actually everyday! How's that? That's because I found him.

See? Everything just falls wonderfully in its perfect place once you find the right man. There will never be any more questions and doubts and confusions - just happiness close to perfection.

I finally found the right one. That's why I'm this kind of happy. Like, "really" happy. I hope you find yours...😊
